DIME Service Policy

At DIME, we are committed to providing high-quality services and experiences in accordance with European laws and regulations. Our service policy ensures transparency, fairness, and compliance with consumer rights, data protection, and event management standards.

3. Product & Merchandise Policy

Our merchandise adheres to EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping: Delivery within the EU typically takes 7-14 working days, depending on location.
  • Returns & Refunds:
    • Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt (Right of Withdrawal).
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@dimebasketballdenmark.dk.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is defective.

4. Event Management

We organize events in compliance with EU event safety and data protection regulations.

  • Cancellations: If an event is canceled, participants will be notified immediately and offered a refund or alternative solution.

We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) to ensure the protection of personal data.


6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants, volunteers, and stakeholders.

  • Respect: All individuals must be treated with dignity and respect.
  • Non-Discrimination: We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under EU law.
  • Reporting Violations: Any violations of the code of conduct can be reported to info@dimebasketballdenmark.dk. Reports will be handled confidentially and in line with EU whistleblower protection laws (Directive (EU) 2019/1937).

7. Consumer Rights

We operate in full compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

  • Fair Contracts: All terms and conditions are written in plain language and are fair to the consumer.
  • Warranty: Products are covered by a 2-year warranty as required by EU law.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we offer access to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, and consumers can also use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
