4. Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. However, unforeseen issues may occur:

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.
- Reshipping: If you wish to have the package reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
